Fabrication is a large part of our customer base that continues to grow and expand. We have welding capabilities that cover tig-steel, aluminum, stainless and a wide varieties of common and exotic materials, mig, fluxcore and aluminum mig welding. We have CNC plasma cutting capabilities from thin sheet metal to up and over 1″ steel plate cutting.
We can import and create geometrical parts to designs and text to be plasma cut out as high quality cut parts. Our fabrication department has fabricated a wide variety of precision weldment and structural assemblies from flight simulation frames, motion bases and their components to aircraft tooling and transportation fixtures. Also, oil industry skids and components to rail road support equipment components.
Our shop also holds a Laserblade 600 with a 2500 watt laser with flying optics design and 5′ by 10′ cutting capacity.
