Our machining capabilities cover a wide variety of techniques, including new cutting edge technology in programming software, capable of solid model, step and catia, file imports to the 3D machining and solid modeling by our in house programming department. We are long time users of predator DNC for CNC networking and streaming of large files to NC.
We have designed our shop layout with the natural flow of the machining processes. Starting from the saw department, machining, to inspection and shipping using Jobboss software from start to finish. We pride ourselves in being an ISO compliant company. BT Machine Inc will be AS9100 Certified in the near future as our company strives for growth and advancement in our quality system.
