Our customer asked the BT Machine team to design, manufacture, powder coat, and install a complete turnkey project at their facility in Houston. We traveled onsite for the initial design meeting to better understand their needs and to measure the equipment and space required for the project. From design to installation, the project was completed within 90 days to meet their year-end deadline.
Industrial Burner

This is one of many industrial burners we’ve built to print from our customer’s engineering drawings. BT Machine machines and fabricates all components, then welds and powder coats them to customer specifications. The units are fully assembled with piping and electrical, tested at our facility, and shipped directly to the customer’s project site.

This project is part of a family of components we manufacture to our customer’s specifications. We pre-machine parts that are then welded together using full-penetration welds. After welding, each part is finish-machined to maintain tight tolerances for parallelism, perpendicularity, and bore dimensions. Once complete, the part is hydro tested and powder coated to the customer’s specified color.

BT Machine manufactured this part to precise engineering specifications provided by our customer. After in-house programming and full machining, the part was sent to a qualified vendor for plating and then finished with an in-house paint application, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process.

This complex aerospace part was fully machined in two operations using our in-house programming and 5-axis capabilities. After receiving the part from external processing, we completed the final assembly and performed source inspection to ensure it met the customer’s exacting standards.
