Fabrication is a large and growing part of our business, and our client base continues to expand. We have a wide range of welding capabilities including tig-steel, aluminum, stainless, mig, fluxcore, and a variety of other materials both common and exotic. In the area of plasma cutting, our capabilities go from thin sheet metal to steel plating in excess of 1” in thickness.
We have the ability to import and create geometrical patterns and designs, and then turn those into high quality cut parts. We also have fabricated a wide variety of precision welding and structural assemblies that are used as flight simulation frames, motion bases, and other components for the aircraft tooling and transportation fixtures. Another set of products includes our work in fabricating oil industry skids and other components for the energy industry. And we have produced support equipment components for the railroad industry. One of Tulsa’s largest convenience store chains uses security bumpers made by us to surround their stores.
Our fab shop also has a Laserblade 600 machine with a 2500 watt laser that features flying optics design and a 5 foot by 10 foot cutting capacity.
The photos above are examples of our fab work for customers in aerospace, the energy industry, and various manufacturing firms.
BT Machine, Inc. recently added sheet metal cutting, bending, and forming to our long list of capabilities due to growing demand from our customers. We have invested in new equipment and experienced personnel that enables us to provide high quality service and faster turnaround by performing all these services in-house.
New advancements in CNC press brake technology allow us to offer everything from 6 feet and 60 ton to 12 feet and 90 ton on our manual press brake. We can combine this with our CNC plasma capabilities and our Laserblade 600 machine with a 2500 watt laser and flying optics design with 5 foot to 10 foot cutting capacity. All of this gives B T Machine a distinct advantage in providing high quality and rapid delivery to meet our customers’ fabrication needs.

The last few years many of our customers had asked us to provide a powder coating service so we have accommodated them by setting up the capability and satisfying their needs. We handle both sand blasting and powder coating in-house, and we know this allows us to meet our customer’s needs for high quality and quick turnaround under one roof. Our oven is 10 feet high by 14 feet wide and 30 feet in length, and our powder room is of equal size so we can handle the vast majority of jobs needed in Tulsa. We also have a room where we do the sand blast work, and the combination of all these services truly sets us apart.
